Buddy Teams are made up of local police and fire departments, businesses such as Gilbane Construction, retail partners such as Walmart and other local organizations and churches.  They see the lasting impact their contributions are making on our community.

Atlanta Braves Foundation

 

The Atlanta Braves Foundation is the non-profit arm of the Atlanta Braves that actively supports community organizations and their programs within the metro Atlanta area.  Since its inception in 1994, the Atlanta Braves Foundation has provided support to thousands of organizations and has contributed more than $7 million in financial and in-kind assistance to the community.  All of this is due to the generous support of Braves players, employees, sponsors and fans of the Atlanta Braves.

Suncoast Foundation

 

Venice Challenger Baseball has partnered with The Suncoast Foundation this year beginning with a generous donation toward our “Field of Dreams”

The Suncoast Foundation for Handicapped Children was founded to support local non-profits that provide services for people with disabilities.They have constructed over 75,000 sq ft of facilities in the Sarasota, Venice, and North Port area.

Venice Police Department

Venice Police Department – “Serving our community.”
 

The Venice Police Department (VPD) participates with VCB volunteering as Buddies and other events throughout the year.
